This one is promising - hot tub off the master bedroom, half the basement is finished, the other half is a workshop, beautiful floors, roomy garage, well-kept and owner is the contractor who built it for himself, so quality workmanship throughout with lots of attention to details.
Nope, not this one, but it was in the running. Overpriced, and with a late finding of floor discoloration under the rugs and furniture, they put in a low-ball bid that was closer to the prices of other comparable homes in the area. The counter-offer came back almost as high as the asking price. Too much money for a house in that neighborhood (mix of old and new, with some falling to disrepair). Nobody was unhappy to cross this off the list, although it was a very pretty home.
