Pretty home, lots of good points, and a gorgeous lot, but it wasn't a good 'fit'. The basement was iffy. Although freshly carpeted, all items being stored down there were up on pallets, and there was a brand new sump pump installed. Red flag for flooded basement is the thought. No bid submitted on this one, despite is many favorable points. It will fit someone else better, maybe.
